The Public Market is running a series of delicious, informative and fun workshops through their community kitchen."The Community Kitchen is the heart of the Public Market," says market Manager Maryanne Carmack. It was made possible by a grant through Vancity’s EnviroFund with the goal of increasing the knowledge of the community about food and supporting local, food-related non-profits, social enterprises, and community initiatives.
Other upcoming events include "Pairing West Coast Flavours with the World of Spices" with Andy Shepard and a free "Kids in the Kitchen" interactive program.
