It's kind of nice that my 'blogiversary' happens to also be New Years Day! A new year always feels like such a nice fresh start. Happy new year!
One year and one hundred and twenty five reviews later (whoa!) I wanted to mark this milestone by saying thank you for reading. No really, I mean it! Thank you especially if you have shared my stuff, or taken the time to seek me out and share what you like (or don't like) about this project. It's meant more than you know.
I started this blog on such a whim, and it has become so unexpectedly life changing. I have met some really amazingly cool people, and consumed some really stellar food and drinks! Thankfully, I have another 100+ places still on my list to explore to keep things going for at least another year!
I have also been plugging away slowly at a really exciting side project - so stay tuned in the next few months for the launch details.
And what kind of year in review would it be if I didn't make note of some of my favourite tasty experiences of the last year? It was tough to whittle it down to just 10 - really, I have enjoyed everything I have shared - but here they are in alphabetical order, including the one that started it all...
